Found Poem: Left In The Cold

Left In The Cold

I’m trying to manoeuvre,
Trying to survive
In a cold-hearted world.
I’m lost,
And it isn’t very subtle.
It’s obvious that I can’t decide where to go.
I once was a person who could find himself,
But lately, I’ve seemed strangely muted.
I need to be rescued from the sounds of silence.

Words acquired from The Review and The New York Times.
